As a parent you are responsible for:

- Ensuring your child participates in kindergarten screening
- The child’s transportation
- Complying with the provider’s attendance and other program policies.

We welcome teen-volunteers during our summer program. It works better for our teachers and mostly for our young students if we have some consistency with the teens that participate in our programs. We request for volunteers to be with us for at least two consecutive weeks. In order for us to give a fair chance to the many interested volunteers we are asking for each applicant to write a one-page essay on why they wish to volunteer at The Forty Carrots Preschool. We will review all essays and invite a select number of volunteers to join our program during the summer. Please submit essays to Preschool Director, Flora Oynick, at Flora.Oynick@fortycarrots.com
Qualified teachers will always be present, take the lead in the classroom and mentor our teen volunteer.
