Development Administrator
Forty Carrots Family Center seeks an analytical and highly organized individual to work alongside our talented and dedicated Development team. The full-time position of Development Administrator is responsible for effective coordination of processes across multiple databases and software platforms, data management, analysis and interpretation of reports, donor acknowledgement, and assisting with fund reporting and reconciliations. The position plays an integral part in supporting events and is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the annual online auction for our signature fundraising event. The position requires a bachelor’s degree (or combination of post high school education and experience) plus at least three (3) years of relevant non-profit experience. Knowledge of SalesForce and/or fundraising software is preferred. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of professionalism, comfort with computers and technology, project management capabilities, effective interpersonal and communication skills and a passion for supporting children and families. The Development Administrator reports to the Development Manager. The anticipated hiring range is $55,000 – $65,000/yr plus competitive insurance benefits, retirement match, and paid time off. Preschool Educator
Forty Carrots Preschool is seeking a caring and dedicated Early Childhood Educator. Our NAEYC accredited program has low student-to-teacher ratio and a commitment to individualized curiosity, care, and respect. Using developmentally appropriate practices and play-based activities, our Preschool Educators promote learning and growth in the areas of social, emotional, physical, language & literacy, science & technology, mathematics, social studies, and the arts. Our Preschool Educators employ innovative, creative approaches to learning that stimulate higher level analytical thinking and cognitive abilities, while also ensuring a safe and nurturing environment where children can explore their curiosity and talents and expand their awareness and abilities. This full-time, benefits eligible, teaching position requires a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field, or sufficient ECE coursework and credits to meet NAEYC accreditation requirements. Florida DCF Child Care Personnel Training must be completed within 90 days of hire. Knowledge of Creative Curriculum is helpful but not required. Pay ranges from $22.00 to $25.00 per hour based on education and experience. Child & Family Therapist (Bilingual)
Forty Carrots Family Center is looking to hire a bilingual Child & Family Mental Health Therapist to join our team of clinicians. This therapist will provide individual, group, and family mental health therapy services to children, families, and parents in both English and Spanish. Services are centered on evidence-based practice models and a relationship-based approach that supports the strengthening of parent-child relationships and healthy child outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess a masters’ degree or higher in social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or counseling, and must be either fully licensed as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT or licensed as a Registered Intern in Clinical Social Work or Mental Health Counseling. A valid Driver License is required. Only candidates who are clinically proficient in both English and Spanish will be considered for the position. The anticipated hiring range is $60,000 – $75,000/year based on experience and licensure status. The position is full-time. However, the option for part-time work will also be considered.
