GENERATIONS OF CHANGE
EXPANSION CAMPAIGN
Good Beginnings That Last A Lifetime
THE NEED FOR EXPANSION
Over the past 30 years, Forty Carrots has grown exponentially, serving over 5,000 clients annually. Expanding our Parenting Education and Mental Health services is due to the overwhelming community need and our unique approach to outreach partnerships allows us to efficiently and broadly serve all families, regardless of ability to pay. Currently, 92% of clients receive services at no charge or on a sliding scale.

who won’t have to recover
from their childhoods.”

THE IMPACT
Demand for services continues to rise. Forty Carrots has increased our Mental Health Services over 70% since 2020 and we need space to provide more critical access. This expansion will allow increases over 100% in Mental Health as well as over 30% in Parenting Education over the next several years.
Additional related program enhancements that will be made possible by a successful campaign:
- Appropriate infrastructure to support expanded service delivery
- Additional staff trained/specializing in Infant Mental Health, Maternal Wellness, Child Parent Psychotherapy, Circle of Security®
- Research Based designation for Partners In Play® and Welcome to Our World® parenting education classes
- Intern program to grow and train new staff
