SETTING STUDENTS UP FOR GREATER SUCCESS

The Education Foundation of Sarasota County is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting and enhancing the district’s public education through the dissemination of information and resources to the community and media. Forty Carrots therapists’ work with students enrolled in Education Foundation of Sarasota’s mentorship program who have been referred for counseling services.

Forty Carrots offers individual and family therapy to students enrolled in the mentorship program work with therapists to:

  • Provide a safe space for students and families to address emotional concerns and challenges
  • Assist students in building confidence and resiliency, creating and maintaining healthy relationships, and developing tools to help manage life’s stressors
  • Support students in achieving their educational goals

Forty Carrots’ therapists provide individual therapy to support Education Foundation of Sarasota County clients and their families, allowing them to have the opportunity to discuss their feelings and feel supported while learning ways to build their resiliency and coping skills.
