Diane O’Driscoll Chief Financial Officer

Diane O’Driscoll oversees the financial health of Forty Carrots Family Center, a Sarasota nonprofit dedicated to early childhood education, parenting support, and family therapy. With over 25 years of global accounting and financial management experience in the UK and South Africa, Diane joined FCFC in 2010 and has since led budgeting, reporting, and development initiatives that ensure sustainable growth.

Before coming to Sarasota, Diane held senior finance roles at the Englewood Art Center, St. Vincent de Paul Community Pharmacy, and Suncoast Humane Society. A committed community advocate, she also volunteers with Guardian Ad Litem, Vision North Port, and Literacy Volunteers. Diane’s strategic financial leadership and hands-on approach help Forty Carrots maximize donor impact and expand services to thousands of local families each year.
